In the travels that the delegations of governments and institutions carry out, both in the exercise of their functions and for other reasons, a large number of agents, internal and external, usually intervene, who are considered essential when carrying out the travel successfully. All the operations carried out by these stakeholders require their correct coordination, synchronization and logistics, as well as their knowledge and communication.

This operation takes place in each and every one of the stages through which governmental and institutional travels are carried out. Through this course, the student will be able to learn about the main operations of these stakeholders, within the framework of the stages of these travels, officially known as 'Governmental and Institutional Travel and Tourism' (GITT).
